Attention SeaBees

Please be sure to read the new Propeller Talk and the info about about this years competitions.
All outing co-ordinators are requested to post an outing report in the Outing Report forum, it isn't rocket science and we are in 2008!
Please have a go at posting your outing report on there, if you haven't registered you will have to do so, but that takes only a minute or two.

A few changes

I have set the new chat forum up. Anyone who wishes to refer to the old forum may do so for a period, but I'll be removing it completely in due course. I have changed the main link above to the new forum, which has many more features and is a lot nicer to look at and use. I think those who do use it will agree, and hopefully those of you who don't will start to.

Point scores as given to me are on the point scores page and the Outdoor program has been updated to the end of the calendar year.

Paul Tanti and Laurie both catch monster Cod!

Paul Tanti with the monster Cod he caught at Lake WindamerePaul Tanti (left), a Sea Bees and ANSA member captured this monster Murray Cod while trolling on the 29th of September this year. We understand that in all likelyhood, it would have been a Sea Bees club record, an ANSA NSW and ANSA National record, however, it was not weighed on official scales as the process would have taken too long and the fish might well have died. It was photographed and measured, weighted on uncertified scales and released to play another day.

Pauls Murray Cod weighed 25 kgs, measured 1250 mm in length, and was caught on a 4.5 kg braid main line with a 3.6kg breakaway mono leader
Outstanding effort Paul.

Laurie Zammit with a monster Murray Cod Laurie Zammit (left) also caught a monster Murray Cod.
Well done Laurie. Read the full outing report
